We're excited to announce that Novosbed is undergoing a transformation. As of September 13, 2023, the Novosbed mattress will no longer be sold in Canada. Instead, our award-winning mattress is being upgraded under a new brand name: Octave.

There have been many advances in mattress manufacturing since Novosbed first revolutionized the online mattress industry in 2009. In order to remain at the leading edge of mattress making, we’ve upgraded many features of the classic Novosbed mattress with some of today’s most innovative specialty foams and textiles.

Existing Trials and Warranties

If you're currently enjoying a Novosbed sleep trial or warranty, don't worry – we've got you covered. All existing trials and warranties will be honored as we transition to the Octave brand, with small changes to the following details:

1. If you make a successful warranty claim on your Novosbed mattress, you will receive the Octave specialty foam mattress in exchange (of equal or greater value).
2. Novosbed warranty information will now be available on the Octave Warranty page in case you need to make a warranty claim.
