Shipping is free for most households in the United States. There is a shipping fee for customers in Hawaii and Alaska. To prevent a delay in sending out your shipment, your pillow(s) will be shipped separately from other items in your order.

Returns

Pillows can be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original, unopened packaging. Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to accept returns for pillows that are used or out of their original packaging.

Our microfiber pillows are manufactured in China. Pillows are stored and shipped from distribution centers throughout the United States.

Every pillow sold through GoodMorning.com is warrantied for 3 years. For more information, see the warranty information page here.

Is this pillow vegan and made without feathers?
Yes! Our down alternative pillows are filled with high-quality microfiber. You get a great night’s sleep, and the geese get to keep their feathers.

Can I adjust or remove the filling in the microfiber pillow?
This pillow does not have the option to remove any fill. If you prefer an adjustable pillow, we suggest our Adjustable Memory Foam Pillows instead.

How do I clean my pillow? 
Keeping your pillow clean is easy.

1. Unzip and remove the outer cover.
2. Zip the pillow cover back up and place it into the washing machine.
3. Wash the cover on a gentle cycle, then tumble dry on low or no heat.
